1.Which regions support delivery?

In order to ensure our after-sales service, we cannot provide stable after-sales service for countries other than the United States, so orders outside the United States are not supported for the time being, so we only accept US order, and there are no customs fees.

2.Order processing time

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00AM-5:00PM (CST).

For all US paid orders, we process within 1-3 business days.

Order processing ends at 5:00PM daily and orders placed after 5:00PM will be prioritized starting at 10:00AM the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends, your orders for Saturday and Sunday will be prioritized for processing starting at 10:00AM the following Monday.

3.How to cancel the order?

After the order payment is successful, the user can check the order status in the account order details

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

For all US orders, we ship for free by using Standard shipping for order over $50.

For order under $50, we will charge a shipping fee of $5.

Shipping time is 3-8 business days.

5.Delivery time

Delivery time for orders is 4-11 business days, of which orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipping time is 3-8 business days.

6.Sales Tax

7.Packaging
